Bobby and Paul formed their company in 2004. Their artisanal precision with details, finishes and craftsmanship is a result of their respective academic backgrounds in sculpture and engineering.
Prior to owning their own firm, Foremny and Niepokoj worked together for over a decade in the construction industry in Manhattan on both small and complex projects.
Their extensive experience—which ranges from luxury apartments and single-family townhouses to commercial spaces and restaurants—ensures that each project is completed with both efficiency and integrity.
